BROWLIFT

The browlift addresses aging of the forehead and brows. As with other areas of the face, the brows tend to descend with aging. Descent can produce a harsh, tired appearance. Elevating the brows back to, or closer to, the ideal aesthetic position can produce a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance. This procedure is usually done in conjunction with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

Technique:
Dr. Obourn typically performs a browlift utilizing the “endoscopic” method. This is a minimally invasive technique that involves five incisions hidden in the hairline. Occasionally this technique may need to be altered depending on the patient’s hairline, bone structure, history of previous procedures, etc. The surgical plan will be discussed in detail at your consult.
