Lakeside Cosmetic Center Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or requests to change your appointment. No shows, late arrivals, and last minute cancellations prevent another patient from being cared for. Lakeside Cosmetic Center reserves the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to reschedule, cancel, or “no-show” to your appointment, a $50 fee will be billed to your account. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.
